Our Return Policy
The return policy or payback policy of Harrow minicabs informs the customer regarding repayment of charges. If the situation of payback arises, the payment will be made through the same method that you used initially for payment of service charges. The methods of refunding are cash payment, Debit card or Credit card. Whenever Harrow minicab firm receives refunding request from your side, we initiate the reimbursement process and complete it within 48 hours.
If due to certain reasons the payment to the original card is hindered (outside the control of Harrow Minicabs), then we will issue a cheque in cardholder’s favour.
